Position is primarily responsible for supervising and evaluating aquatic activities, responding to emergencies and ensuring the safety of residents / guests in the pool and surrounding areas. Must be a minimum of 16 years of age with certifications in lifeguarding (ARC, YMCA or Ellis & Associates), CPR (American Red Cross or American Heart Association, Local Fire Department), First Aid (American Red Cross or State Emergency Medical Technician). High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
