PMR Companies announces the promotion of April Charlton Leonardo from Chief Operating Officer to President, effective October 2019. April has worked hand in hand with CEO, Deborah Charlton, creating and building this woman-owned, family-run Property Management company for the last 17 years. April has earned her Certified Property Manager designation through IREM, her Real Estate license and is also currently the Principle Broker for PMR and PMR Brokerage.
PMR Companies is headquartered in Louisville, KY, employs 145 industry professionals, currently oversees assets in multiple midwestern states and is consistently looking to expand into new and existing markets. April is an active member of several industry associations and along with her team, strongly supports PMR’s guiding philosophy: “Managing Properties is our Business, Building Relationships is Our Goal.”
