The primary responsibility of the asset manager is to manage the asset and the client relationship through the areas listed below:

  • Evaluate and asserts all required budget, cash flow and financial aspects of each property/asset to ensure compliance with the owners goals and objectives.
  • Understand the financial impact on trends in these outlined goals and make recommendations to re-forecast or re-position the operational efforts.
  • Evaluate and formulate conclusions for any owner or partner recommendation.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the management operations team to maximize communication of goals, marketing strategies and achievement of the financial pro-forma goals.
  • Provide written and verbal communication on a monthly basis to report variances to budget.
  • Submit recommendations and financial reports to anticipate achievement of quarterly and yearly budgets.
